International Technology Services & Solutions  ITSS mission is to provide the Kuwaiti market with the state-of-art Billing & Payment, Backoffice and E-Services based on international standard and through a service provider model


ITSS is a focused IT company on E-Gov and E-Services Solutions with a proven record in National scale IT solutions based on SOA Architecture. ITSS works with its main technology partners IBM and Oracle to deliver a robust state of art E-Gov solutions and services.

ITSS has developed a unique E-services solution and architecture as a result of huge amount of research and development, this solution is the result of three years of hard work with the biggest E-Gov project in state of Kuwait with ministry of interior.

 
In this project ITSS used many international best of bread technologies to be able to deliver the needed solution, in this project we have succeeded in developing a unique solutions in the following main domains.

       1-  IBM Mainframe CICS , legacy application integration
       2-  Integrate the new internet collection system to K-net payment gateway
       3-  Integrate the collection system and mainframe system with the Oracle ERP.
       4-  Provide the first transaction portal in state of Kuwait

We were very clear about the choices we are using in choosing the proper technologies that deliver the needed solution in our current project and also can be extended to cove any other ministry in future with minimal effort.
